Obviously, we will try and give you some sort of estimate of the cost before our visit. If the machine is found not to be repairable, we will be quite happy to offset the costs of the repair visit against the purchase of a new machine.

We also offer MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS, the benefits of which are as follows:

• Fixed cost for 12 months cover
• No additional charges for labour
• No charges for replacement parts (excluding ribbons and drawer inserts)
• Call-out (often same-day) to your premises
• Loan machine (if available) if your machine cannot be repaired on-site and has to be returned to the workshop.

Prices start as low as £45 per year + VAT which works out at less than 12p per day for total peace of mind.
